1. Caution (or prudence or wariness) is an extremely important thing. It’s one of the virtues of fighting. One must have prudence (or wariness) in both Muay Thai and International Boxing. One must be extra cautious (or prudent or wary) when practicing Muay Thai. It is extremely important that we be extra cautious and wary during the very early stages of our training regimen. We must be sure that we’re making a proper fist. We must be sure that we’re binding our arms and binding our fists in the correct manner. Do everything using prudence (or wariness) because it will benefit you in the long run when you need to defend yourself.
